Protocols of a Yoga Retreats

The yoga workshop is a shoe free zone. You have 
to leave your shoes at the shoe rack or door.

Wear loose comfortable clothing that will not restrict
 your movements.

Try not to eat for at least 2 hours prior to class.
Come to class hydrated.


Arrive to class on time this means about 10 minutes before the class starts.

Keep your mobile phone off.
People love the space for the peaceful atmosphere, so when you enter please do so quietly.


Advise the teacher of any health concerns which may affect your yoga practice.
